Carthage vs Roman Republic

The normal points limit for an ADLG game is 200 pts and the army lists are written for this size game.  However, there are also rules for reduced format (100 pts) or big battles (300 pts) games.  Given below are the army lists for the Romans and Carthaginians at these difference point levels.
